CED Coating
Precision coating engineered for automotive and industrial-grade metal components.

Advanced Anti-Corrosion Coating for Metal Components
CED Coating
CED Coating, also known as Cathodic Electro Deposition, is one of the most advanced and widely used methods of applying a protective layer on metal components. It involves depositing a uniform, corrosion-resistant coating through an electrochemical process, making it highly suitable for automotive, industrial, and consumer metal parts that require long-lasting durability and finish.

CED Coating Process
1. Pre-Treatment (Surface Cleaning)
The metal components are thoroughly cleaned using degreasing, rinsing, and phosphating to remove oils, rust, and contaminants. This ensures proper adhesion of the coating.
2. Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED Bath)
The cleaned components are submerged in a bath containing water-based epoxy coating material. An electric current is applied, causing the negatively charged particles to deposit uniformly onto the positively charged metal surface.
3. Rinsing
After coating, the parts go through multiple rinse stages to remove excess coating material and ensure a smooth, even finish.
4. Curing/Baking
The coated parts are then baked in an oven at a controlled temperature. This curing process hardens the coating, enhancing its durability and resistance.
Applications of CED Coating
CED coating is ideal for metal parts requiring high corrosion protection and uniform coverage, including:
Automobile Components
Agricultural Equipment and Machinery
Industrial Tools and Fabricated Parts
Electrical Enclosures and Panels
